From a quite long period of time, Allegiant Airlines has been the only major low-cost US airline to not make it mandatory for passengers to wear face coverings. But from this July, Allegiant Airlines has made it compulsory to wear masks throughout the journey, including at the airport ticket counter and gate, during check-in, boarding. Allegiant Airlines is constantly evaluating its policies to ensure to meet the customer’s need. This airline recommends all the customers to wear face coverings in all of their communications with them. For customer’s safety and health, Allegiant Air sends the reminder email before the flights and also makes announcements at the gate, onboard.
